![]() ![]() ![]() I see a lot of MSPs complaining about prices being raised and a lot of times they have not properly investigated what that means, or what the new prices are, and their first reaction is to look elsewhere assuming that other vendors will bring the same quality they’ve been receiving for a much less price. Now if you feel the prices can hurt your budget and/or the product value doesn’t match the new pricing, then that’s a good time to look for other vendors. Then if you feel the product is really good, you’re happy with it, it brings value, and most importantly it’s still affordable, then of course it’s worth staying with the vendor. So with that said, when we’re on the receiving end of a price hike, we should treat it the same. And let us make our case on why we still hold value. I mention that because when we do have to go through that ourselves (when we raise prices) we would hope that our clients would hear us out. Eventually, they will need to change as the economy and tech industry continues to change. We won’t be able to have the same static prices we have now. This is a normal occurrence that does happen every so often.Īnother thing to consider is that any of us with an MSP company will also eventually need to raise prices as well. Without knowing that, you can’t be sure whether or not it’s even worth looking for another vendor.Īnother note is, a lot of vendors are raising their pricing, not just msp360. I strongly recommend that you first see what these new prices with msp360 are. Hi Tal, I just wanted to chime in and hopefully help you a bit with your question. ![]()
